The full-length zippers on all 4 panels create an entrance on all sides of your Carolina Pavilion while keeping the bugs out! With the easy glide tracks and ties for all four posts, you can easily pull back the mesh when not in use.

- Threshold Shipping: The item will be unloaded, and brought to your doorway or nearest covered area.
- White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house! Some exceptions apply - the specific level of service depends on the product you have ordered. If you would like more information, please contact us about your specific product of interest.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@audaciahome.com.
No Shipping outside the lower 48 in USA.

Yardistry warrants that this product is free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. In addition, for any product with lumber, all lumber is warranted for five (5) years against rot and decay. This warranty applied to the original owner and registrant and is non-transferable. Please contact our Customer Experience Team directly if you have questions about the product, warranty, or need replacement parts.

We do our absolute best to ensure that you receive your product in great condition. Due to the number of parts, size and weight of our products, on some occasions damage may occur during shipping or transportation. Some cosmetic imperfections such as peeling, warping, seasonal checking or cracking are normal characteristics of all outdoor wooden products, however, if you have a part you are concerned about, certainly send us a picture and we will have our Quality Team assess it for replacement.
If you have missing or damaged parts-our sincere apologies and we will certainly do our best to get your parts to you as quickly as possible. To help us do this, we kindly request you do a complete inventory of all parts and hardware to ensure that we get you everything you need. In some cases where we need more information to make sure everything will be covered, you may be contacted by one of our Customer Experience Team members for further details. You may also be asked for your Proof of Purchase if we do not have your warranty already registered with us.
