Few other companies can cover this type of warranty because no one builds saunas like Clearlight Infrared®. If providing a lifetime warranty does not show confidence in the value of your product - I'm not sure what will!
In the rare event that you might have an issue with your sauna, our limited lifetime
warranty covers the entire sauna – heaters, controls, electrical and wood, even the
included audio system. You will never have to worry if anything should go wrong with your Jacuzzi® infrared sauna. If you are using your sauna in a commercial location, you are still covered under our 5-year warranty. Returns
Any returns must be associated with a manufacturing defect (as stated in the lifetime warranty policy). Returned Saunas A Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning a sauna. To obtain an RMA number, please contact Audacia. Audacia arranges for the pick-up and return of the defective sauna after the purchaser packages the unit on a pallet for shipment. If the sauna is not ready for pick-up when the carrier arrives, the shipping party will be charged for the carrier's extra trip.
All RMA’s must be due to manufacturing defects as stated on the Limited Warranty. Any costs associated with a product returned for unauthorized reasons and/or without and RMA will be charged to the purchaser’s account. Please contact the Service Department for clarification @ info@audaciahome.com.
Returned Items
Unused items returned with Clearlight Infrared’s approval for credit or refund are subject to a 25% restocking charge anytime after shipment. If an order is cancelled before the item ships, you can cancel your order free of charge.
You may only return unused items if and only if: (a) we are able to verify your purchase from us was within the past six months, (b) the items are not obsolete and are still currently listed by us for sale, (c) the items are in “like-new” condition, (d) we approve such return in our sole and absolute discretion as evidenced by providing you an RMA number, and (e) the approved items are returned by you via prepaid freight. Returned items will then be inspected upon receipt and any cost to return them to like-new condition will be added to the restocking charge.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@audaciahome.com.
