Enjoy the time honored Finnish tradition of sauna bathing in the comfort of your own home with the Southport 300SN 3-Person sauna. This spacious traditional Finish sauna features a 3.5kW sauna heater that produces temperatures up to 170 degrees while the included water cask and spoon allow you to add water to the heater stones to get to your desired humidity level. Standard features also include a thermo-hygrometer for displaying the humidity level, ergonomic seating for comfort and convenience, interior lighting, tempered glass door and a cabin constructed of natural Canadian Hemlock wood for a natural appealing decor.
SunRay Saunas are easy to assemble and each model comes with complete instructions. It typically takes about an hour for assembly and two people are required. Most SunRay Saunas feature plug in electrical connections and go together easily with turnbuckle latches. All SunRay Saunas are pre-tested at the factory to ensure smooth operation when you receive it.

How long does it take to assemble the sauna?
Most sauna models take about an hour to assemble. Two people are required. For more information on the assembly of the unit please see the assembly instructions.
Are there any special tools required to assemble the sauna?
No, the only tool you need to assemble the sauna is a phillips head screwdriver or drill with a phillips head bit.
What voltage does the unit run on?
All SunRay saunas use UL listed plugs and operate on 110V. Some larger saunas require a non-standard 20 amp plug and require a 20 amp circuit.
Can I place the sauna on the second floor?
Most saunas weigh between 300-400lbs, so yes you can place a sauna on the second floor.
Can I use the sauna outdoors?
All SunRay saunas except the outdoor models must be used indoors. They are not suitable for outdoor use. Outdoor saunas require that the cover be placed on them while not in use.
How do I clean the sauna?
First, unplug the sauna and make sure it is cool before cleaning. To clean the wooden interior of your sauna mix 3 teaspoons of baking soda into a gallon of warm water. Use a towel to wipe down the interior with the baking soda and water mixture. Then wipe the sauna down with a wet towel and let dry. The glass in your sauna can be cleaned with glass cleaner. If you have an outdoor sauna, use a standard garden hose on a low/mist setting to wash out the interior. Make sure to leave the door open so the sauna can dry.
How often do I need to clean the sauna?
The sauna should be cleaned every 6 months or at your discretion if you are using it regularly. Using a towel to sit on while in the sauna will capture a lot of the sweat and thereby reduce the frequency of cleaning the sauna.
How soon will my sauna be shipped after purchase?
In stock products will be shipped the next business day following order placement. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday or the next business day. We try to keep all products in stock however we may not have stock of some items due to demand. Please contact us at 844-793-0403 to confirm if an item in stock.
You can return any item purchased from sunraysaunas.com within 30 days from the shipping date when it leaves the warehouse if the item is brand new and uninstalled. The item should be in its new and original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the time the return is received at our warehouse. Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%.
The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%.
Defective Products Policy
Please open and inspect all items once they arrive. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any broken or defective items. If you receive a broken or defective product please contact us at 1-844-793-0403. Defective or broken items will be replaced or repaired at no charge once we receive notification of the defect or damage. After 30 days, any broken or defective items will be covered under our standard warranty policy which can be found under our Terms and Conditions.
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours if the order has not been shipped yet. Most orders are normally shipped out within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after the order has been shipped out , you will be charged the for the original and return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees imposed by the trucking company.
All orders that are canceled will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.
SunRay Saunas carry a 7-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the entire structure of the sauna including the heating elements. The radio is covered by a limited 1-Year Warranty. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt.
Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product.
Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty.
No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas outside void the warranty.
"Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications.
Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."

Frequently Asked Questions
When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
