Salinas Corten Steel Fire Table

The Salinas fire pit table is made to be a centerpiece of your outdoor entertaining area. The Corten Steel has a classic patina finish and exhibits superior corrosion resistance. Because it is individually handmade in the USA, slight variations in color and texture will occur, but this is perfectly normal and also what makes each fire pit truly unique! Available with match lit, flame sense or electronic ignitions, the central burner is supported by a stainless steel fire pan and is compatible with either propane or natural gas. Lava rock is included to cover the burner element and disperse the gas, producing a more realistic flame pattern. Complete with a 40,000 BTU stainless steel burner and integrated ignition, you can enjoy all the ambiance of flames flicker against the stones and relax as you enjoy drinks and conversation! Upgrade to the patented stainless steel bullet burner and experience taller, fuller flames while using less gas! This product is eligible for free shipping; due to the large size it will ship via LTL freight.

When will I know my order has shipped?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.

When will my order ship?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@audaciahome.com.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at 1-725-888-8644, the chat in the bottom right, or email info@audaciahome.com any time.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. Custom order brands include Outdoor Plus, Fire By Design, Fireplaces, Etc.).

These units, are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.

All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.

Shipping Times

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).

Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Audacia Home's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Warranty

Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.

Freight Claim Policy

*Damaged or missing merchandise claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

– All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for any freight claims.

– Customers are responsible for inspecting the product at the time of delivery. If there is visible damage or defects to the packaging, customers are advised to refuse the shipment.

– If customer accepts the shipment, customer must notate and provide the description of the damage on the freight bill (bill of lading).

– Concealed damage needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers are responsible for opening all packaging, inspecting all product, and notifying us within the 48-hour window.

– Pictures of the damaged freight and/or item are required for all claims.

– If a shipment arrives missing items, contact us immediately. After 48 hours of receipt, we will not be responsible for missing items.

Return Policy

– Most unused items can be returned within 60 days of delivery.

– All returns need to be pre-approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

– All returns must be shipped back in manufacturer packaging.

– We will not accept returns on special order items.

– Returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee anytime they are cancelled after 48 hours, whether or not the order has shipped, and will be applied upon receipt and inspection of the item.

– It is the responsibility of the customer to return the product in the same new/undamaged condition in which it was received. If a return product is received damaged in shipping, it will not be eligible for a credit. We are not responsible for items received with damage. (Please refer to Freight Claim Policy)

– Items that have been damaged due to weather will not be covered under manufacturer’s warranty, and are not returnable at any time.

– The following items are not returnable at any time for any reason, if they have been installed or burned:

– gas logs
– gas burners
– gas stoves
– wood burning stoves
– fireplaces
– fireplace inserts
– chimeneas
– fire pits
– grills
– smokers
– any other product associated with gas (natural or propane) or fire.

This is a liability issue, and we are not responsible for any items once they have been installed and/or burned. If the item is believed to be defective, we will be happy to assist you with the warranty process through the manufacturer to resolve the problem.
