A Certified Pre-Owned massage chair is fully inspected and refurbished by factory-trained technicians before it can reach you. We have 2 classifications:
Grade A - Open box. No cosmetic flaws. In perfect working condition.
Grade B - In perfect working order with minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect the operation of the massage chair.
What does Certified Pre-Owned mean?
Great question! When a massage chair is returned to us, sometimes, they are never used. Our factory-certified technicians get to work performing a 37-point inspection. From there, a chair will be repaired if needed, cleaned, and repackaged. Once done, the units will become a certified pre-owned massage chair - ready for a new lucky body to settle into!
Where do I see pictures?
All you have to do is to contact our friendly customer care through livechat or email - firstname.lastname@example.org and request for the photos. Leave your email address so we can send you the pictures within 24 to 48 hours.
What is the Warranty of these units?
All Certified Pre-Owned units are covered by the same Warranty as the new chair. Please refer to the Warranty Tab!

- Threshold Shipping: The item will be unloaded, and brought to your doorway or nearest covered area.
- White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house! Some exceptions apply - the specific level of service depends on the product you have ordered. If you would like more information, please contact us about your specific product of interest.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
No Shipping outside the lower 48 in USA.

Any Infinity, Kyota and Sharper Image products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, and we require a 10% restocking fee to be paid for. All returned products must be received in “like new” condition, in the original carton, with all of the original packaging, parts, and accessories.
What are the benefits to buying a certified pre-owned massage chair? The short answer? Savings and warranties. Here’s how it works out: Savings. By purchasing a like-new pre-owned massage chair, you get the wellness benefits of head-to-toe kneading, rolling, and deep tissue massage at a fraction of the cost of a brand new chair.
Guarantees. Kyota extends the following warranties on all certified pre-owned massage chairs:
For In-Home service, Kyota will arrange all covered parts deemed necessary, to be sent to the consumer and, if necessary, an authorized service provider to repair the product at the customer's residence, at no charge to the customer. If a particular part is no longer manufactured, Kyota may replace your product with a similar product. Under no circumstances shall the retail replacement value exceed the original net price paid for the product. In the event you choose not to accept a replacement for your product, Kyota is no longer responsible for making repairs under the warranty coverage.
Any repairs needed during the 3 year parts warranty coverage, Kyota will provide covered parts at no cost; however, consumer is responsible for any and all shipping, duties and brokerage fees on parts not covered by this warranty or covered but outside of the coverage period. Structure warranty is limited to the steel and steel-welded parts of the frame. If a replacement is issued under the Parts or Structure warranty period, the consumer is responsible for shipping, duties, and brokerage fees related to the replacement. Kyota, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame. Field Service is only available in the United States. Field Service requires pre-approval and, if necessary, must be performed by Kyota-authorized field service personnel to maintain warranty coverage.
Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from: improper installation; unauthorized repairs; use in a commercial or corporate setting; alterations or modifications of original condition; improper use of electrical/power supply; loss of power; electrical disturbances and power surges; dropped product, including but not limited to remote controls; a malfunction or damage resulting from improper use or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; transportation damage; theft; abuse; misuse; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions); loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers. Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty. Softening/ hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use. Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those conditions naturally occur with fabrics. Natural markings and grain and dye variations in leather do not constitute a defect under this warranty. Failures of attach points, such as, but not limited to: stitching, Velcro, and zippers, do not constitute a defect under this warranty.
