Thank you for purchasing Kahuna massage chair.When you purchase Kahuna Arete it gives full warranty for 2 years.

You must register our warranty within a month after you receive the productto avoid the warranty.Warranty will be voided if we don't receive registeration with in a month period.This product is for home use. Any commercial use of the product will also void warranty.Warranty will not be covered if it was damaged by customer such as drop, damage by moving the product,accidents or neglect such as stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, and burns.Warranty is non-transferable and it will be voided if you buy from end user

WARRANTY -First 2 Years
It covers all parts and labor cost. Customers do not pay anythingwithin the two year. We offer on site repair services.

Not Included
We do not cover shipping expenses if this occurs. We do notcover normal wear and tear including velcro, zipper, or tears inany fabric or leather covering by abuse. We do not cover if theproduct has been damaged by physically and intentionally.

Also, we do not cover customers' accidents or neglect such asstains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, and burns.

Registration must be filled out within 30 days from delivery date.

- Threshold Shipping: The item will be unloaded, and brought to your doorway or nearest covered area.

- White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house! Some exceptions apply - the specific level of service depends on the product you have ordered. If you would like more information, please contact us about your specific product of interest.

When will I know my order has shipped?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.

When will my order ship?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@audaciahome.com.
