Extend the enjoyment of your outdoor space with our add-a-room solarium. This unit can be left up year round, saving yourself the trouble of assembling and disassembling at the end of the season. The solarium is constructed of aluminum and features a roof made of galvanized steel, 2 sliding doors that you can set to open to right or left in the position of your choice, and 5-position wind panels. This unit has been carefully designed to withstand exposure to rain, snow and harsh UV rays. This item is not insulated but you can still enjoy the extra lounge space to accommodate friends and family during various social festivities and relaxing spa days when the weather allow it.
This product has been designed and manufactured to meet the highest standards of quality and durability.
Subject to the Conditions for Exercising the Warranty and the Limitations on the Warranty set forth below, it is warranted to be free of material and manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Should the product become damaged, or the warranty period has expired, please contact Audacia Home Customer Service Department for a complete schedule of replacement parts and prices.
In order to properly exercise your warranty, please comply with the following:
Carefully inspect the contents of the carton for missing or damaged components. Should you discover damaged or missing parts, do not return the product to the place of purchase, but Audacia Home Customer Service Department.
1. The product is not warranted against damages due to vandalism, abuse, or falling or thrown objects.
2. The product is not warranted against damages due to extreme weather conditions, such as thunderstorms, hail, strong wind or snow storms, or any other acts of God.
3. The product is only warranted in the event it is installed in accordance with the Gazebo Penguin’s written instructions enclosed with the product.
4. The product is not warranted in the event it has been improperly anchored.
5. We reserve the right to replace or repair any defective product or parts at our discretion.
1. In case of a defective or damaged part, or for any other questions concerning the product, please contact us directly.
2. Please have the parts list and part numbers on hand when ordering or requesting replacement parts.
3. The product should not be installed adjacent to trees or a sloped roof. Snow and ice may slide onto the roof and cause it to collapse.
4. While the product is designed for 4 seasons use, the snow must be cleared from the roof on a regular
basis.

There are other options available, however. We also offer:
- Threshold Shipping: The item will be unloaded, and brought to your doorway or nearest covered area.
- White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house! Some exceptions apply - the specific level of service depends on the product you have ordered. If you would like more information, please contact us about your specific product of interest.

When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@audaciahome.com.
