Description

Our ComfortBilt high-output HP61 pellet stove delivers the same heat production as our flagship HP22 model in a timeless, traditional cabinet aesthetic, perfect for basement applications. The HP61 incorporates a 51-pound capacity hopper and can heat 3,000 square feet in mild temperatures. It offers 19 hours of continuous burning on the lowest of five power settings, while its programmable thermostat provides consistent room temperatures and economical pellet usage. The HP61 is EPA and CSA Certified to comply with all federal emissions mandates.

The HP61 pellet stove is available in either charcoal or bronze to ensure that your pellet stove matches your home decor.

The ComfortBilt HP61 Bronze Pellet Stove is our best-value high-output pellet stove. It takes the performance and efficiency of our popular HP22 pellet stove and packages it in a more traditional looking cabinet, perfect for basement applications. With engineering and manufacturing quality you can see and feel, the HP61 gives homeowners all the heat they need at a price they can afford. The ComfortBilt HP61 Bronze Pellet Stove features:

Certified 50,000 BTU output will heat a 3,000 ft² or more if temperatures are mild
EPA and CSA Certified to comply with all federal emissions mandates
Heat exchanger design and powerful room blower produce maximum heat from pellets
Easy to clean heavy gauge exterior
51 pound hopper capacity; ashes fall automatically into a large removable ash pan
Pellets burn so completely that the ash drawer only needs emptying every two weeks
Five power settings allow up to 19 hours of continuous burning on lowest setting
Programmable thermostat allows constant temperature and economical pellet use
Rear mounted 3” standard exhaust port, and 2” standard air intake

When will I know my order has shipped?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.

When will my order ship?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@audaciahome.com.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at 1-725-888-8644, the chat in the bottom right, or email info@audaciahome.com any time.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. Custom order brands include Outdoor Plus, Fire By Design, Fireplaces, Etc.).

These units, are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.

All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.

Shipping Times

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).

Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Audacia Home's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Warranty

Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.

ComfortBilt Limited Warranty

Comfortbilt Limited Warranty extends the following warranty for Comfortbilt stoves
purchased from an authorized retailer. Customer Care is available to assist you with troubleshooting technical issues. Please contact AudaciaHome Customer Care at (725) 226-4512 with any product concerns.

Warranty Coverage

Subject to the table below, Comfortbilt warrants to the owner of the Comfortbilt stove that the stove will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of manufacture. After installation, if covered components are found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period, SMG will replace the covered components. Comfortbilt, at its own discretion, may fully discharge all of its obligations under such warranties by replacing the product itself
or refunding the verified purchase price of the product itself. The maximum amount recoverable under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product. This warranty is subject to conditions, exclusions, and limitations as described below.

Warranty Period

Warranty coverage begins on the date of original purchase. The warranty period for covered components is as follows:

Steel parts (excluding burn pot)	5 Years
All replacement parts are covered for remainder of original or extended warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.	90 Days

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover damage or breakage due to misuse, improper handling, or modifications. There is no warranty on the paint, glass, fire brick, or any gaskets, or against damage caused from corrosion. There is no expressed or implied performance warranty on Comfortbilt stoves as SMG has no control over the installation, operation, cleaning, maintenance, or type of fuel burned.

Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incendental or consequential damages, or limitations of implied warranties, so the limitations or exclusions set forth in this limited warranty may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Warranty is void if the Comfortbilt stove has not been installed, operated, cleaned and maintained in strict accordance with SMG's instructions.

Neither SMG nor the Retailer from who you purchased your Comfortbilt stove shall be responsible, legally or otherwise, for the incidental, or consequential damage to property or persons resulting from the use of this product. Any warranty implied by law, including but not limited to implied warranties of the merchantability or fitness, shall be limited to One (1) year on the breach of this warranty or any type of warranty expressed or implied by law. SMG shall in no event be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or other damages of any nature whatsoever in excess of the original purchase price of this product. All warranties by SMG are set forth herein and no claim shall be made against SMG on any oral warranty or representation.
