Frequently Asked Questions
When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@audaciahome.com.

This document provides the warranty terms and conditions for the prefabricated saunas to be used in indoor conditions (hereinafter the Product) manufactured by the company Auroom (hereinafter the manufacturer).
1. The Manufacturer shall provide a two-year warranty with respect to the initial buyer of the Product against any potential construction, manufacturing and material defects as well as a Mnaufacturer's warranty for assembled product.
2. The warranty period shall commence as of the delivery of the Product to the buyer. It shall be assumed that the date of delivery of the Product coincides with the date set out on the invoice submitted to the buyer of the Product.

The warranty shall only be valid if the Product is purchased from the Manufacturer, the Manufacturer's official distributor or via the official sales channels of the Manufacturer, and provided that the buyer adheres to the installation instructions, user manual and maintenance instructions of the Product. Installation instructions are provided with the Product. The user manual and maintenance instructions are available on the website.

8. The warranty only covers the replacement or repairs of defective parts and does not extend to other direct and/or indirect expenses (e.g. transport) and/or damage caused due to a defect or failure of the Product.
9. The legislation of the Republic of Estonia shall apply to these terms and conditions and the warranty to be granted by the Manufacturer for the Products. The Tartu Courthouse of the Tartu County Court shall serve as the competent court for the resolution of any and all disputes related to the warranty.

The buyer has the right to request product inspection in the event of any defect within the framework of the warranty terms and conditions. Return Requests for non-defective products are subject for approval of the management and manufacturer. RMA will be issued once approved. This term does not extend to other direct and/or indirect expenses (e.g. transport, insurance). All expenses must be shouldered by the buyer and the unit(s) to be returned must be packed securely.
Returning the units without an approved RMA will be denied and refund will not be honored. All Terms and Conditions and Warranty are agreed upon/by the time of purchase.
