- Threshold Shipping: The item will be unloaded, and brought to your doorway or nearest covered area.
- White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house! Some exceptions apply - the specific level of service depends on the product you have ordered. If you would like more information, please contact us about your specific product of interest.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Stainless steel burners are warranted as long as the original purchaser owns them (Lifetime)
TEN YEAR WARRANTY
All other American Outdoor Grill® parts (excluding ignition systems, accessories, infrared burner, and vaporizer panels) are warranted for Ten (10) years
THREE YEAR WARRANTY
Infrared burners and vaporizer panels are warranted for Three (3) years
ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Ignition systems (excluding batteries) and accessories (including side burners, motors, and thermometers) are warranted for One (1) year
All products purchased from audaicahome.com are eligible for our 90 days return policy, from the date of purchase. Complete Returns Policy, including full rules, regulations, and refund breakdowns, can be reviewed below.
Return and Refund Breakdown:
If the products have not been opened or used, and they are sealed in their original shipping container(s), the order will be refunded in it's entirety MINUS the original shipping costs incurred by JBS Retail.
If the products have been removed from their original shipping container(s), however they are still NEW & UN-USED, a 25% re-stocking fee along with the original shipping costs incurred by JBS Retail, will be deducted from the refund.
If the products have been removed from their original shipping container(s), and they are USED, a 50% re-stocking fee along with the original shipping costs incurred by JBS Retail, will be deducted from the refund.
If the products have been removed from their original shipping container(s), and they are determined to be un-sellable, the order will not be refunded, and products will be returned to the customer at their expense.
IN THE EVENT OF A PRODUCT DEFECT OR ANY WARRANTY RELATED ISSUE, CUSTOMERS CANNOT RETURN THE PRODUCT, AND MUST FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM.
Products must be returned in their original shipping containers, NO EXCEPTIONS. If products are returned in different shipping containers, a 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the final refund, in addition to the above refund schedule.
Customers must complete the return request form in order to receive a Return Authorization Number and return address.
Returned products must be shipped back via the same shipping method as they were received. Freight shipments must be returned via Freight truck in order to reduce shipping damage.
Please return the products back to JBS Retail, insured for their full retail value via a traceable shipping carrier.
Please email JBS Retail the tracking information for your returned package(s) by replying to our Return Authorization email. Failure to email the tracking number may result in significant delays in processing your refund.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Upon receipt of the returned products, JBS Retail will perform a complete inspection in order to determine the appropriate resolution based on the refund schedule detailed above.
In the event a product is returned and later deemed unsellable following a complete inspection, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
