TKO guarantees all Strength and Fitness products from the date of shipment to be free of material defects or workmanship. TKO assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage by or through the use of products sold by TKO Strength & Performance. TKO will repair or replace any products under warranty that can be shown to have broken, provided it is returned to TKO for inspection. WARRANTIES ARE VOIDED IF PRODUCTS SHOW SIGNS OF ABUSE.
Warranties are voided if:
The foregoing limited warranties do not cover paint, coatings, and/or equipment altered without the express written consent of TKO, or damage caused to equipment by the carrier, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or improper maintenance.
All TKO warranties are non-transferrable and are only valid to the original owner. Proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claim(s). TKO offers a one-time replacement of a product found to be defective within the warranty period.

Fitness and Boxing Accessories
All products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacture defects in workmanship and materials. All warranties are limited to replacement or repair at our factory. TKO will determine (after inspection) if a repair, replacement, or credit is due. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and maintenance abuse. Customers are responsible for sending goods back for inspection. Upon inspection, TKO will either repair or replace and send goods back to the customer.
Return of products other than defects will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Special order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be authorized by customer service prior to sending them back to TKO. Please keep your receipt or sales invoice.
Items may be returned for a refund up to 30 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, TKO requires a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, TKO cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please call our customer service department at (844) 793-0403 to receive assistance with the return authorization number (RMA). You must have an RMA prior to returning the product. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
NOTE: Under no circumstances will TKO accept any merchandise returned without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

- Threshold Shipping: The item will be unloaded, and brought to your doorway or nearest covered area.
- White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house! Some exceptions apply - the specific level of service depends on the product you have ordered. If you would like more information, please contact us about your specific product of interest.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
